Morale, Welfare and Recreation Facilities: Recreation at Fort Liberty includes means any post exchange, canteen, barber shop, fitness center, snack bar, transient housing, billeting operation, daycare, laundry, or similar facility, the purpose of which is to enhance the morale and welfare of military personnel and Family Members.

Commissaries: There are two commissaries on post. North Commissary can be reached at 910-396-2104, and the South Commissary can be reached at 910-853-7333.

Exchange system: There are two large exchanges on post. The North Exchange can be reached at 910-436-4888, and the South Exchange can be reached at 910-436-2166.

Financial institutions on post: Financial institutions include Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union and First Citizens Bank and Trust. There are two branches and 17 ATMs on post.
