The Combined Bachelor Quarters (CBQ) at Naval Submarine Base (NSB) New London, located at O'Kane Hall, at 429 Tautog Avenue, Groton, CT 06349, CBQ, provides temporary and transient lodging. Often associated with Navy Gateway Inns and Suites (NGIS), it serves permanent-party personnel, students, and geographic bachelors. It serves as the primary hub for transient, unaccompanied personnel and handles permanent-party berthing for single E1-E4 service members and geographic bachelors. Essential information, and procedures include: Front Desk & Reservations: Call (860) 694-3416 (DSN: 312-694-3416). The front desk handles both CBQ and Navy Gateway Inns and Suites (NGIS) inquiries. Amenities: Typical rooms are equipped with private baths, micro-fridges, cable TV, and in-room coffee/Keurig makers. After-Hours Check-In: If arriving after normal duty hours (0730-1600), report to the CBQ or contact the Command Duty Officer at (860) 625-9644 to have your orders endorsed.
