We have walk-in hours for notaries and Special Powers of Attorney (SPOAs) on Mondays from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and on Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m.to 12:00 p.m.. We have new client walk-in hours for attorney services for active duty servicemembers and their dependents on Tuesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.. To make an appointment (or for attorney services for retirees and their dependents), please email "legalassistancehawaii@us.navy.mil". Please note that the office processes clients on a first-come, first-served basis, and is subject to current availability.
