US Army Cadet Command 1st Brigade

The U.S. Army Cadet Command (USACC) partners with universities to recruit, educate, develop, and inspire Senior ROTC Cadets in order to commission officers of character for the Total Army; and partners with high schools to conduct JROTC in order to develop citizens of character for a lifetime of commitment and service to our Nation.

1st Brigade United States Army Cadet Command (USACC) is located at Fort Knox, Kentucky, the home of the Human Resource Center of Excellence and the Army Cadet Command. Located just 35 miles from Louisville, Fort Knox is a certified Kentucky city, covering 109,054 acres in 3 Kentucky counties or about 170.4 square miles. 1st Brigade's Area of Operation consists of 11 Military host schools covering Vermont, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Georgia, South Carolina, New Mexico, Texas, Missouri and Alabama.
