When you arrive at your new installation, you’ll need to follow installation-specific procedures. Each installation and service handles in-processing differently. Soldiers who receive orders assigning them to units within the 6th Medical Recruiting Battalion will be contacted by the battalion S-1 through their Army Knowledge Online email account. The email will include an electronic welcome packet with instructions for completion and advanced-arrival submittal of various forms and documents. Soldier must contact the S-1 at 702-454-3510 when they sign-in to their new duty location to initiate in-processing with the 6th Medical Recruiting Battalion headquarters.
Soldiers must submit copies of all required documents as outlined per S-1 request. During Soldier and Family Assistance Program briefing family members will receive a New Spouse Orientation by telephone call via the Soldier and Family Assistance Program Manager (SFA) 702-281-2679 on or after the date of in-processing.
