U.S. Army Recruiting Command Government Leased Housing

Program is open to all SMs assigned to USAREC
SMs must have 12 months remaining in USAREC/Duty Station at lease sign date.
Qualified SMs forfeit BAH in exchange for housing/utilities. Dual military families waive both BAH.
SMs assigned within 1 hour commute/50 mile radius of military installation with housing must apply for base housing, if housing is unavailable a waiver will be requested.

Pets welcome! LGHP Pet Policy IAW USAREC Regulation 700-5
Lease agreement is between USACE and Owner

LGH Program is only available to SM assigned within CONUS.
