LaPointe Army Medical Home provides quality health care to Soldiers in a Soldier-Centered Medical Home care environment who are assigned to 1st, 2nd and 3rd Brigade Combat Teams with care teams named after their brigade Team Bastogne, Team Strike and Team Rakkasans. The SCMH mission is to improve and enhance individual and unit medical readiness by utilizing a multi-disciplinary health care team approach. This consists of primary care, behavioral health, clinical pharmacy, physical therapy, immunization, radiology and laboratory. This model operates in a proven model of integrated, comprehensive, and proactive care.

Byrd Family Medical Home serves patients of all ages, from the newborn child to adults, in an outpatient setting. Services include health maintenance, well-baby exams, school and sports physicals, diagnosis and management of acute and chronic illnesses. The Specialist Jordan M. Byrd Army Medical Home staff members provide primary medical care services to the Soldiers of 101st Combat Aviation Brigade, 101st Sustainment Brigade & Tenant Units on two separate teams, Team Lifeliner and Team Wings of Destiny. In addition, Byrd Army Medical Home provides primary care to approximately 5,000 Active Duty Family Members and Retirees. Byrd Army Medical Home offers seven Ancillary Services and is home to the Atkins Dental Clinic. On-site ancillary services are open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for Active Duty personnel include Optometry, Audiology, Physical Therapy, Radiology, Laboratory, Medical Records, and Pharmacy services.
