When you arrive at your new installation, you’ll need to follow installation-specific procedures. Each installation and service handles in-processing differently. Here, you can find installation-specific guidelines and a list of documents to bring with you when checking- in. Reach out to the contacts provided if you have specific questions.

Please ensure all important personal documents are hand carried.
Please note the following are required for school registration:
Temporary lodging allowance is authorized for 60 days. Receipts must submitted every 15 days.
Report arrival to 337 ASUF in order to receive the HR letter which will be needed to generate the HR letter needed for Australian documents.
Prior to Entering Country
Submit all passport and arrival information to the JA OL-E and 337 IAW the FCG 30 days prior to travel. Fill out HEAT tool to start recieivng housing information.
Checking In
Check-in to Naval Support Activity Stirling, 85 Chalgrove Ave., Rockingham WA 6168. Hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to get orders signed and coordinate with the Housing Office for temporary lodging allowance.
