Child and Youth Services Programs Overview
Registration for all CYS programs is conveniently handled at Parent Central Services, located at the administration desk in Building 847 (Child Development Center). Parents will receive all necessary forms upon registration. At the time of enrollment, the following documents must be presented to our staff for processing:
Child Development Center
The Child Development Center, located in Building 847, is an accredited facility recognized by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs. The CDC is dedicated to fostering the holistic growth and development of children through a mission of providing nurturing, safe and educationally rich environments.
We offer flexible care options, including full-day, part-day and hourly care to meet the varying needs of military families. Our stimulating environments are designed to support children in developing motor, cognitive, social and emotional skills through a blend of exploratory play and structured curriculum. Learning activities are individualized to support each child’s natural growth and include a variety of experiences, such as one-on-one engagement, small group interactions and large group collaborative activities
Our mission is to create a foundation for lifelong learning, fostering curiosity and confidence while ensuring children are prepared to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
School Age Center
The School Age Center, also located in Building 847, is a nationally accredited facility by the Council on Accreditation. The program’s mission is to empower school-age children grades kindergarten through five to explore their interests, develop their strengths and grow as confident individuals in a safe and supportive environment. Through partnerships with 4-H and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, we provide enriching programs across the following core areas:

Youth Center
The Youth Center, located in Building 653, is committed to providing quality programming for youth in grades six through 12. The program strives to provide the challenges, experiences and support to help teens develop to their fullest potential.
The mission of the Youth Center programs is to provide a safe, supportive and engaging environment where youth can grow, learn and thrive. We are dedicated to fostering the personal, social, academic and physical development of young people through a wide range of activities that promote leadership, creativity, health and community involvement. Our programs are designed to empower youth with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in school, in their future careers and in life.
The Youth Center program focuses on youth development, providing structured and fun activities that support the diverse needs and interests of children and teens. Whether it is through educational programs, recreational sports, arts or leadership opportunities, the Youth Center is committed to nurturing the growth of every child, helping them build strong character, lifelong skills and positive relationships. Our goal is to ensure that every child feels valued and equipped to meet their full potential, while also contributing to their community.
