The China Lake Fleet and Family Support Center is located at 610 Blandy Ave. in Building 2308 and can be reached via phone by calling 760-939-4545 or DSN 312-437-4545. The CLF&FSC provides the following programs and services:

• Counseling – short-term, solution-focused programming for military members and their dependents including individual, couple, family and child crisis counseling and support groups, family advocacy programs, domestic abuse victim advocates, and suicide prevention program Sailor Assistance and Intercept for Life
• Deployment Support - briefs, trainings, and Individual Augmentee family support
• Information and Referral – base, community and surrounding area information, welcome aboard packets, workshops, family care plan support, sponsorship and indoctrination class training
• Ombudsman Support – training, briefs, support, and command leadership resource training
• Life Skills Programs – a variety of workshops to help service members and families develop and enhance interpersonal relations such as communication, conflict resolution, stress, anger management, suicide prevention, operational stress control, anxiety, depression, and many other trainings and resources
• Exceptional Family Member Program – program education, liaison assistance, enrollment guidance, networking opportunities, and referral resources
• Personal Financial Management – resources to assist military families manage their money, individual financial counseling, workshops, command financial specialist training
• Retired Activities Office – support for retirees and their families
• Career and Transition Goals, Plans Success Services – resources for career planning, TGPS seminars, capstone events and instructional training tracks
• Family Member Employment – individual career counseling, resume and interview strategies, and employment resources
• Sexual Assault Prevention and Response – response and support for victims, commander toolkit training, prevention and resource services and training
• Navy Gold Star Program – provides advocacy and support services for families of service members who have died while on active duty
• Emergency Preparedness Program – empowering Navy families to be prepared for emergencies by providing information, resources and tools
