Check-in Procedures Overview

 When you arrive at your new installation, you’ll need to follow installation-specific procedures. Each installation and service handles in-processing differently.  Here, you can find installation-specific guidelines and a list of documents to bring with you when checking- in. Reporting Procedures

In-process at the San Antonio Recruiting Battalion HQ.   You will first go to your company and will be escorted to the BN HQ to in process. Report in Uniform Monday through Friday. Bring your DA Form 31 leave form, your assignment orders, your last Non-Commissioned Officer Evaluation Report, a copy of your Army Recruiter Course Certificate of Completion, and printed proof of completed sponsorship survey from ACT.

To complete Sponsorship Survey please follow these steps:

  • Go to the internet browser and search Army One Source Sponsorship Survey
  • Click on top link of the search.
  • Complete the Survey and print off the results. Survey does not generate a certificate.
