MISSION:The McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP) mission is to receive, store, ship, produce, renovate, and demilitarize conventional ammunition. MCAAP provides Centralized Ammunition Management for training ammunition and contingency stocks for Army units in the southwest region of the U.S.
