General Counsel
The McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP) Legal Office provides timely, accurate legal advice, service and support for the Command and staff of MCAAP. The General Counsel also provides legal services to active duty military members of all services, retirees who are entitled to retired or retainer pay, National Guard and Reserve personnel on active duty orders for 30 days or more, and for a time after their release, and eligible dependent family members.
