When you arrive at your new installation, you’ll need to follow installation-specific procedures. Each installation and service handles in-processing differently. Here, you can find installation-specific guidelines and a list of documents to bring with you when checking- in. Reach out to the contacts provided if you have specific questions.
You will report to MARFORCOM, AC/S G-1, for your reporting endorsement, at 1775 Forrestal Drive, Norfolk VA., 23551-2400 during normal working hours (0730-1630) and after normal hours you will report to Command Operations Center (COC) for a stamp of your arrival time and date. Marine Corps Security Force Regiment
All Marines and sailors are to report to the Regimental Quarterdeck located at 2122 Longfellow Rd., Yorktown, VA 23691. The Quarterdeck can be reached at 757-637-9355. The officer of the day for the Quarterdeck can be contacted at 757-618-1730.

Students attending resident courses should report in the uniform of the day. Upon arrival, you should:
Park behind the building on 5th Street
Report to your respective classrooms; if location is unknown, please check the wall of knowledge or one of the monitors in the passageways or within the quarterdeck

MATSD Oceana does not have a DNCO or SDO. Therefore, all inbound Marines are directed to contact the MATSD Oceana S-1 at (757) 433-3822 or DSN 433-3822 during normal working hours upon arrival to NAS Oceana. If after normal working hours, during a weekend or holiday, contact the MATSD Oceana Duty Cell phone at (757) 651-5085 and notify the Marine who answers the phone of your rank, name, and SSN.
