Welcome to Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo, Japan! Sasebo is located on Kyushu Island in Nagasaki Prefecture and serves forward deployed forces of the U.S. Pacific Fleet.
REPORTING & CHECK-IN PROCEDURES:
Normal Working Hours (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.):
After-Hours & Weekends:
All personnel arriving outside working hours should report to the CFAS Command Quarterdeck (Building 1, Main Base) or RTPD (Building 63) for order endorsement and temporary billeting assignment.

Contact your assigned command sponsor prior to departure to coordinate airport shuttle pick-up from Fukuoka or Nagasaki airports. All newly arriving active duty personnel and adult dependents are required to attend the Area Orientation Brief / Intercultural Relations (AOB/ICR) workshop hosted by Fleet and Family Support Center Sasebo within 30 days of arrival.
