NORTH - I-20, take Exit 196A for I-520 E/Bobby Jones Expressway. Take Exit 3A for GA 10W /US 278 W /US 78 W / Gordon Highway. Turn left onto Chamberlain Avenue (Gate 1). Griffith Hall is just inside the gate on the left.

SOUTH - GA 121 N /US 25 N. Turn left onto Tobacco Road. Continue onto 10th Army Division Road/ Avenue of the States (Gate 5). Veer right on Ride Road. Turn right onto Chamberlain Avenue. Griffith Hall will be on your right, near Gate 1.

EAST - I-20 W. Take Exit 194. Turn left onto Jimmie Dyess Parkway. Go straight to Gate 1. Griffith Hall will be on your left.

WEST - I-20 E. Take Exit 194. Turn right onto Jimmie Dyess Parkway. Go straight to Gate 1. Griffith Hall will be on your left.

Gate 6 Access Control Point is located just off Gordon Highway (US-78) on the east side of post.

Gate 6 is open 24/7 as the new, main access control point for DOD ID Card Holders, commercial vehicles and installation visitors & non-DOD ID card holders requiring passes.

Building 37302, Avenue of the States

The check in desk for Stinson Hall is located at the Holiday Inn Express Griffith Hall, 250 Chamberlain Avenue.

Stinson Hall is a family and pet friendly hotel, located within walking distance to the Commissary and Post Exchange.

The hotels amenities include high speed internet, Wi-Fi, free guest laundry (you provide the detergent), cable TV with HBO, irons and ironing boards, microfridges, hairdryers and a free continental breakfast, served Monday through Friday mornings from 6:00am-9:00am and Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays from 7:00am-10:00am.

A non-refundable pet fee of $75.00 is charged up to 5 nights and $7.00 for each additional night over 5. All fees are non-refundable. Breed and weight restrictions apply. Maximum number of pets per room is 2. Please call the Holiday Inn Express at Griffith Hall for more details.

Griffith Hall is not a pet friendly hotel. Guide dogs or service animals are permitted, with documentation.

Guest rooms feature an open floor plan, 1 triple sheeted queen size bed, free internet, mini fridge, spacious work desk with ergonomic chair, 32 inch flat-panel HDTV, HBO and free local phone calls.

Relocation entitlements and lodging

Make sure that you understand the rules concerning relocation entitlements and temporary lodging. You do not receive per diem while staying in temporary lodging at your new installation. Per diem is paid only while in transit from one location to another, and it is not the same per diem rate as is paid for Temporary Duty Travel Allowance. While in temporary lodging you are entitled to Temporary Lodging Expense for up to 10 days. The amount paid varies based on several factors.
