When you arrive at your new installation, you’ll need to follow installation-specific procedures. Each installation and service handles in-processing differently. Here, you can find installation-specific guidelines and a list of documents to bring with you when checking- in. Reach out to the contacts provided if you have specific questions.
All personnel reporting/checking-in to MCAS Yuma, between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m Monday through Friday should report to their respective Unit as indicated on their reporting orders. All personnel checking in after hours should report to the Station Headquarters Building 980. Phone number 928-269-2252 for the Officer of the Day.

Before you begin your travel, keep these things in mind:
If you get married before you make your permanent change of station, you must inform your current commander and follow the procedures exactly as outlined to you. The military will not pay for travel and housing of your spouse if you do not follow proper procedures and if spouse is not on your PCS orders. If you plan to marry after detaching from current duty station, please inform your command of your intent so your PCS orders may be adjusted. If you have any additional questions, please contact IPAC upon departure from your duty station or prior to arrival at your new duty station.
