If you are an unaccompanied first-duty station officer or enlisted, you will be required to live in a base dorm unless the dorms are full. Do not reserve a house through Privatized Housing before consulting with the appropriate dorm manager. Officers call 580-213-5410 and enlisted call 580-213-7212.

Housing Referral does the following:

  • Provides off-base housing counseling and assistance
  • Provides waivers for utility deposits (electric and water)
  • Provides dispute resolution concerning landlords
  • Reviews leases
    • Do not sign a lease until Housing Referral reviews it 
    • You can also take it to Legal afterwards
    • For unaccompanied first-duty station officers and enlisted, you need to find out if you are going to be required to live in the base dorms before you enter any agreement to lease off-base housing
