The 52nd Fighter Wing - Spangdahlem Air Force Base is considered a part of the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) West District. DoDEA Europe operates schools at Spangdahlem with classes ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade. The elementary, middle and high schools are located at Eifel Community School Page on the Spangdahlem Air Base website. The School Liaison (SL) is your community facilitator, connecting schools, families, and community services to address education matters impacting military children. The School Liaison promotes communication and collaboration between the schools, military organization, community services, students, and parents. Registration for school begins any time before or upon arrival, simply by going to the Follet Aspen Website to access registration forms. If you are new to DoDEA schools, you’ll need select “Request an account.” Upon arrival, please complete the registration process in-person by dropping off needed paperwork and sealed student records.
