The Fort Eisenhower Middle School and Teen (MST) program is committed to providing quality programming for youth in grades 6-12. MST strives to provide the challenges, experiences and support to help teens develop to their fullest potential.
The youth development programs exist to promote positive, healthy development of teens through the following 4 service areas: 1. life skills, citizenship and leadership opportunities; 2. art, leisure and recreation activities; 3. mentoring, intervention and support services; and 4. sports, fitness and health options.
Life Skills, Citizenship and Leadership Opportunities
*Diplomas 2 DegreesA college readiness program, guides Club members as they work toward high school graduation and prepare for post-secondary education and career success.
*Smart Girls – Skills, Mastery and Resilience TrainingClub girls explore their own and societal attitudes and values as they build skills for eating right, staying physically fit, getting good health care and developing positive relationships with peers and adults.
*Torch Club - A Leadership and Service Club for our Future LeadersTorch Club is a "club within the Club" – helping to meet the special character-development needs of younger adolescents. They work together to implement projects in the 4 focus areas:

*Career Launch – Jump Start Your Future Goals
Career Launch encourages Club members ages 13 to 18 to assess their skills and interests, explore careers, make sound educational decisions and prepare to join our nation's work force. Meets 2nd and 3rd Tuesdays from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.

*Junior Staff – Every Wednesday from 4 to 5 p.m."Grow Your Future"Young people prepare for future roles as human services professionals by participating in career development activities, discovering the importance of community service, building customer service skills and completing a Club apprenticeship.

*Cyber Safety – Monday from 4 to 5 p.m."Stay Smart Online" Think Before you ClickCyber Safety is a cyberbullying awareness and prevention program, providing youth with the knowledge and skills necessary to create and promote a civil and safe online culture.
*STEM– Friday from 4 to 5 p.m."Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics"DIY STEM is a hands-on, activity-based STEM curriculum which connects youth to science themes they encounter regularly. Special attention is paid to connections of theory and application and the common interactions members have with these scientific principles. DIY STEM currently includes 4 modules:
