Check-in Procedures

Active-duty Army Personnel

Active Army personnel report to Central In/Out Processing Office, Building 470, Room 2105, during the duty hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. During non-duty hours, single soldiers report to Charge of Quarters in 1st Brigade, Building 741, phone 573-596-0222. Soldiers arriving with family members should report to the Lodging Office. The Lodging Office is located inside the Candlewood Suites, Building 2020 and is open 24 hours.

Marine Corps Personnel

Marine Corps personnel report during working hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. wearing service alphas to Marine Corps Detachment, 14813 8th St., Fort Leonard Wood, MO 65473. The S-1 point of contact can be called at 573-596-1044. Report after working hours to Building 1772 on Michigan Avenue. The phone number is 573-337-9628.

Navy Personnel

Navy personnel report during both duty hours and non-duty hours to Building 1750, Cooley Ave., Fort Leonard Wood, MO 65473. The point of contact can be called at 573-528-9065 or 573-596-0131.

Air Force Personnel

Air Force personnel report to Building 1703A, Cooley Ave. during both duty hours and non-duty hours. The point of contact can be called at 417-533-2426. Temporary duty personnel report to the Lodging Office located inside Candlewood Suites, Building 2020.

Airmen in Training Students

During duty hours, in-process at Building 470, Room 2102.

Basic Trainees

Report to the Reception Station at Grant Hall, Building 2100.

If you get married before you PCS, you must inform your commander and follow the procedures exactly as given. The military will not pay for travel and housing of your spouse if you do not follow proper procedures.
