Legal assistance is available to you and your family. Below, you’ll find information about claims and installation specific programs and services. If you have questions, reach out to the legal assistance program at your installation.

Legal Services

Legal assistance is available to all ID card holders. Available to discuss and/or provide assistance with most legal matters, to include:

Powers-of-attorney
Wills
Divorce and custody issues
Family support matters and issues
Immigration
Landlord/tenant issues
Military matters
SCRA issues
Notary Services

Clients to be seen by an attorney, will be seen by appointment only.

For more information you may wish to contact the legal assistance office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday -Thursday closed for Lunch from 12:00 to 1:00p.m. Fridays 8:00a.m. to 12:00p.m., 726-780-1138.
