Team XL builds combat-ready airmen, leaders and pilots. Laughlin Air Force Base trains pilots for the United States Air Force, Air Force Reserve, Air National Guard and allied nation air forces.
All inbound personnel (students, permanent-party active duty and civilian employees) must attend a Newcomers' Orientation. Newcomers' Orientation is held every second and fourth Tuesday of the month from 7:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. Preregistration is required. Spouses and dependents are welcome and highly encouraged to attend.
