The 47th Flying Training Wing develops Combat Ready Airmen, Leaders and Pilots in support of Air Force and Combatant Command requirements by conducting effective, safe and disciplined Flying Training operations and Mission Assurance activities.
All inbound personnel (students, permanent-party active duty and civilian employees) must attend a Newcomers' Orientation. Pre-registration is required. Call the Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) at 830-298-5620 to register.
In-bound personnel and spouses are also welcome to attend the virtual Pre-Arrival Orientation, "Looking Forward to Laughlin" which takes place the first Tuesday of every month via Zoom.
