When you arrive at your new installation, you’ll need to follow installation-specific procedures. Each installation and service handles in-processing differently. In-processing is done on an individual basis in the Civilian Personnel Office or Military Personnel Element Customer Service Office, located at 427 Liberty Drive in Building 246. You can reach the offices by calling 830-298-5195/5276. Military must bring all personnel, medical and financial records when in-processing.
Student pilots (to include Reserve, Guard and foreign exchange student pilots) will bring in-processing documents to the 47th Student Squadron Transition Office prior to in-processing at the MPE to ensure appropriate student in-processing has been completed prior to Laughlin Air Force Base in-processing. The Transition Office is located in Building 320, Room A133. You can call the Transition Office at 830-298-5211 for additional information.
