The Housing Office maintains available rental listings using a government-managed system, www.Homes.mil .   Members and their families should contact or visit the Moody Military Housing Office, Bldg. 320, 3131 Coney St, to receive assistance in locating suitable housing. Property managers and landlords should also contact the MHO to list available properties.

Privatized Family Housing on Moody AFB includes homes for officers and enlisted personnel of all ranks. Moody AFB has two private owners – Hunt Military Communities and Balfour Beatty Communities (BBC).  The Magnolia Grove, Quiet Pines, and Azalea Commons neighborhoods offer new, renovated, and traditional homes.
