The Region Legal Service Office Southeast Branch Office Corpus Christi is staffed by one Navy Judge Advocate, one Legal Assistant Paralegal, one Legal Assistant and one Mission Support Specialist at NAS Corpus Christi and NAS Kingsville. The attorney can advise active-duty service members and their dependents, reservists (on active-duty orders for 30 days or more) and retirees and their dependents, in a myriad of areas, including will, powers of attorney, family law, landlord-tenant law and consumer protection law.
Many legal pitfalls and everyday difficulties can be avoided by consulting with a Navy attorney at the first hint of trouble. Remember, if it doesn’t appear quite right, it’s not. If it’s too good to be true, it is. And if in doubt, see a lawyer.
