The Navy Lodge is open to all branches of military service and their families, DoD civilians, National Guard, reservists, international military and retirees are authorized to utilize lodging facilities on Naval Support Activity Bethesda. Navy Lodge Bethesda is located on base at 8901 Wisconsin Avenue Bldg. 52 NNMC Bethesda, MD 20814-5000.  

There are 106 units with air conditioning and private baths than can accommodate a family. This is a nonsmoking facility. Reservations can also be made via the webpage 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Reservation and room assignments are accepted on an as-received basis without regard to rank, rate or time of reservation. The Navy Lodge has limited pet friendly and Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant rooms.

Reservations are booked based on the number of nights or number of days requested by the guest. Navy Lodge will only limit the number of nights based on availability or open rooms needed to make the reservations.

Reservations can be made via the web page BOOK NOW or by calling 800-628-9466 24/7 for travel assistance.

You can cancel or change your reservation by calling 800-628-9466 or by calling the Navy Lodge Bethesda directly at 301-654-1795. Your reservation may be canceled at any time up to 6 p.m. on the day of your arrival.

For Operator press 0 and for Front Desk Assistance press 4.

For temporary additional duty/temporary duty travel guests, lodging staff will coordinate off-base lodging with one of their contract quarter properties in the local area and issue a nonavailability letter to the guest. The TDY member is responsible for paying the hotel charges and must request reimbursement through his/her travel voucher upon completion of the TDY. This service is not available for Space-A guests.

PCS guests are given a Temporary Living Expense letter that specifies that on-base facilities were not available. The guests are responsible for obtaining their own local accommodations. If requested, the lodging staff will assist the guest in locating accommodations.
