With certain military moves, you may find yourself looking for housing that’s a little less permanent before making long-term arrangements. There are several temporary housing options that may be right for you. Explore the information about temporary housing facilities including allowances, lodging rates and eligibility.
The Housing Service Office can answer all your questions regarding your temporary lodging allowance, lodging and government housing. Contact them at 808-787-7700 or via email at usarmy.schofield.usag.mbx.housing-services-office@army.mil HSO will provide you with a list of TLA-approved facilities to assist you in finding the right lodging to suit your needs.
Room rates are established by Headquarters, Department of the Army so as not to exceed the maximum lodging portion of the TLA.
Tripler Lodging has 90 two-room suites with either two double beds or one queen, TV, VCR, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee pot, internet connectivity, clock radio, hairdryer, lanai and private bath.
