The Legal Assistance attorney offers advice by appointment only to active-duty service members and military retirees and their eligible dependents on personal legal matters including wills, powers of attorney, divorce, custody, support, consumer affairs, tax concerns and landlord-tenant issues.
The Legal Assistance attorney is not authorized to represent eligible service members in civilian courts.
