Legal assistance is available to you and your family. Below, you’ll find information about claims and installation specific programs and services. If you have questions, reach out to the legal assistance program at your installation.
Legal assistance is located in Building 10577 at 747 Nebraska, Suite C-100. All active-duty, retirees and military family members are entitled to legal assistance services.

Monday - Friday 0900-1600
No walk-in legal assistance is available. Please call ahead to book an appointment
Please visit Air Force legal assistance website to fill out a will worksheet and generate a ticket number before calling to make an appointment. You will need to provide us with the ticket number to be scheduled for an appointment.
The legal office is closed Thursday mornings for training.
Claims Service
The claims department has the same hours of operation as above. Claims personnel can assist with filing household goods claims as well as other claims against the government. Contact the main line at 805-605-6200 to be routed to the claims department.
We provide legal assistance for tax matters on a limited basis. The scope of our legal assistance does not include completing tax forms or the filing of taxes and our attorneys are not tax specialists.
