The Military and Family Support Center is one part of a larger network of agencies, programs, services, partnerships and individuals that supports your personal and family readiness. The larger system called the Military Family Readiness System is a web of support for you and your family. The Military and Family Support Center should be one of your first stops once you arrive at a new installation. The programs and services they offer are a key resource for you and your family.
The Federal Voting Assistance Program ensures service members, eligible family members and overseas citizens have the tools and resources to register to vote, and request an absentee ballot, regardless of their state of residence.
The Voting Assistance Guide is a reference guide for everything you need to know about absentee voting in all 50 states, the U.S. territories and the District of Columbia. To use the VAG, select your state to find your local election office’s contact information.

Information and Referral
The Wright-Patterson Military and Family Readiness Center’s information and referral Discovery Resource Center is located in the lobby of the M&FRC in Building 2, Area A.
The DRC is your source for finding your future. Equipped with three smart card-accessible computers and printers and three non-smart card computers, the DRC has everything you need for conducting your job search. The DRC also features a vast listing of current job openings provided by local employers, books which can be signed out to enhance your knowledge of: career planning, interviewing, conducting job searches, life strategies, military life, spouse employment, resume writing and transitioning. The M&FRC staff will also assist you in all areas concerning discovering and making a brighter future a reality.
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
