Financial guidance is offered to those experiencing money management difficulties or for those who want to be in control of their finances. The Family Advocacy Program manager and the Employee Assistance manager can work with you to prepare a personalized budget and spending plan designed to make life easier.

Legal and Financial
EAP includes free consultation with financial experts and licensed attorneys to provide assistance with your legal and financial questions. Services include help with living wills and health care power of attorneys, housing or real estate matters, estate planning, education funding, and retirement planning and investment strategies.

Family Subsistence Supplemental Allowance Prescreening
Prescreening and counseling is available for soldiers who qualify for the FSSA entitlement. This is an entitlement Congress authorized in 2001. It was created to supplement soldiers’ Basic Allowance for Subsistence. This entitlement will not exceed $1,100 per month. Information and the application for FSSA is web-based.
