When you arrive at your new installation, you’ll need to follow installation-specific procedures. Each installation and service handles in-processing differently. Here, you can find installation-specific guidelines and a list of documents to bring with you when checking- in. Reach out to the contacts provided if you have specific questions.
Military personnel should report directly to the Military Personnel Officer in Building 46. For all reporting related questions and concerns email MilitaryPersonnel@dla.mil.
Civilian personnel should report to the Human Resources Office in Building 46 on the first floor.
Military and civilian personnel staff will guide you through in-processing and assist you with completing all mandatory requirements.

Building 210 is located outside the center’s North Gate off Strathmore Road, which is South off Chippenham Parkway (State Route 150).

Lodging reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. To make a reservation, call 804-279-1091/1092 or 804-837-7838. Check-ins after business hours are handled through email only. All patrons must have independent access to the DSCR Installation.
The Antler Inn Lodging complex is located just minutes from I-95, 288, and downtown Richmond. We have six individual units that include four standard double rooms and two suites. The rooms are available seven days a week, 365 days a year.

If you get married before you make a permanent change of station move you must inform your commander and follow the appropriate procedures.
The military will not pay for travel and housing for your spouse if you do not follow proper procedures.
