Legal assistance is available to you and your family. Below, you’ll find information about claims and installation specific programs and services. If you have questions, reach out to the legal assistance program at your installation.
Active-duty Soldiers and their dependents, and Retirees and their spouses are eligible to utilize the Legal Assistance Office. In general, National Guard or Reservists must be activated on orders to use Fort Huachuca's Legal Assistance Office; otherwise, they must contact their local unit JAG representatives for assistance. The Office of the Staff Judge Advocate on Fort Huachuca is located at 2387 Hatfield Street, Building 51102.
Services offered:
Walk-ins are available for notary and Power of Attorney only, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday. All other services require an appointment by either (1) walking in to the office between 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., (2) contacting the office at 520-533-2009; or (3) emailing usarmy.huachuca.icoe.mbx-osja@army.mil.
