Army Emergency Relief (AER) is a non-profit organization that provides financial assistance in the form of no interest loans and/or grants to military Families whose resources are not sufficient to meet emergency needs.
Applications for emergency financial assistance are available at the AER office located at Army Community Service, building 238 California Avenue, Room 14 831-386-2372. Or online at https://www.aerhq.org/Apply-for-Assistance. When the applicant has completed the application and gathered all supporting documentation he/she must make an appointment.
