Availability
On 1 April 2002, as part of the Army's Residential Communities Initiative (RCI), Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) Family Housing was privatized with the formation of a partnership between the Army and Equity Residential Property Management Corp/Lincoln Development, LLC. The partnership of Lewis-McChord Communities, LLC continues to build new housing, renovate existing housing, build community centers and provide neighborhood linkages. Lincoln Military Housing manages and operates the day-to-day functions of on-base family housing. Lincoln Military Housing's Centralized Leasing Center can be reached at (253) 912-2112, or online.
Eligibility
Approximately 5,000 family housing units at Joint Base Lewis-McChord are divided into 22 housing areas and broken down by rank and bedroom requirement. You may apply for on-base family housing:
