The Employment Readiness Program (ERP) provides a full range of comprehensive employment services including career counseling, self-assessment, resume critique, licensure navigation, job search, networking, and interview preparation. The program serves as a resource for current, worldwide employment opportunities and job market trends from state, local and government agencies.

The JBLM ERP also partners with the Pacific Mountain Workforce Development Council created by Cammo2Commerce to offer a paid military spouse internship called the Spouse Ambassador Program. The program provides spouses who are entering or re-entering the workforce a 12-week paid internship that fosters a flexible part time work-based learning environment that assists in developing key transferable skills needed to be successful for gaining meaningful employment. Partner funding provides minimum wage pay and a business clothing stipend to those selected for the program. No experience is needed to qualify for the program. My Career Advancement Account Scholarship
The MyCAA is a workforce development program that provides up to $4,000 in financial assistance to eligible military spouses for the pursuit or maintenance (including continuing education courses) of a license, certification, or associate's degree necessary to gain employment in an occupation or career field.
