Resources are available to help you understand and manage your finances, including one-on-one financial counseling to assist you and your family with financial readiness. Services are designed to focus on money management issues throughout your active-duty lifecycle and into retirement. Financial readiness educational opportunities range from basic planning to long-term investing. Check out the information below to see what’s available at your installation.
March Air Reserve Base is located in a high cost of living area and you will incur increases in auto insurance, housing, groceries, utilities and gas.
The March ARB Military & Family Readiness Office has a certified financial manager on staff as well as a Personal Financial Counselor (PFC) (vacant-waiting to be filled). For those who qualify, emergency financial assistance is available through the Air Force Aid Society.
If you do not qualify for assistance from the AFAS we can assist you in reaching out to other agencies. We also accommodate members from all branches of the military through AFAS, Army Emergency Relief, Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society and Coast Guard Mutual Assistance. We also provide referrals for financial counseling to off-base agencies.
