There are two Public-Private Venture (PPV) Partners: Hunt Communities and Lincoln Military Housing (LMH). Privatized military housing is available for active-duty service members and their families stationed at MCB CAMLEJ and MCASNR. During periods of low occupancy, privatized military housing is available for Waterfall applicants (other than active-duty families); to include active-duty single service members, reservists, Department of Defense civilians, contractors, retirees, widow/widowers and other affiliated civilians. Contact the Military Housing Office (MHO) for additional information regarding your housing options.
MCB CAMLEJ and MCASNR privatized military housing is considered some of the finest in the Marine Corps. The 5,204 housing units are maintained by the PPV Partners. In addition to new construction, many housing units have been renovated. Updates to existing housing units are either in progress or programmed for future renovation. All homes offer central heating and air conditioning, washer and dryer hook-ups, a range, a microwave and a refrigerator. Cable/internet service is available, but not provided by the PPV Partners.
