Military and Family Support Center

The Federal Voting Assistance Program ensures service members, their eligible family members and overseas citizens have the tools and resources to register to vote and request an absentee ballot regardless of their state of residence. The Voting Assistance Guide is a reference guide for everything you need to know about absentee voting in all 50 states, the U.S. territories and the District of Columbia.

The VAG is available online. Select your state to find your local election office’s contact information.

Military and Family Support Centers provide information, education and support programs to help balance the demands of military life. Offerings include:

• Personal financial readiness assists you and your family in building and maintaining your financial readiness.

• Information and referral can assist you in identifying and clarifying needs and locating and connecting to services and programs available both on and off your installation.

The Exceptional Family Member Program – Family Support serves as the non-medical, non-clinical community support component, consisting of an EFMP-Family Support Coordinator and Navigator, located at the Military and Family Readiness Center. 

EFMP-Family Support enhances the quality of life of special needs family members through information, referral, resources, events, home visits and more.  The EFMP Family Support services are available to all DoD ID Card holders, including:  Department of Defense military, DOD civilians, Air Force Reserve, Air National Guard, retirees, spouses of deployed members, contractors and personnel from other military branches of service. In addition, the EFMP -Family Support Coordinator and Navigator work with federal, local, and base agency partners to provide comprehensive and coordinated support for families.
