Corvias is the housing provided for Eielson AFB.
Total Homes: 910
Floor plans: 2,3,4 & 5 bedroom homes
Rank Bands: JNCO, SNCO, CGO and FGO
Neighborhoods: Broadway, Ravens Wood, Moose Lake, Century Park South, Century Park North, Galaxy Heights, and French Creek
Application and Leasing Process: Corvias highly encourages all interested service members to apply for housing as soon as possible. Official orders are not required to apply for housing. To apply, please visit CorviasMilitaryLiving.com and click on the red "Apply" button in the top, right corner. Follow the instructions on screen, completing each section with the service member's information.
Once the application is received, the applicant will receive a Welcome Letter from Corvias explaining what documents are now required to complete their packet. The service member will be added to the Waitlist until the tentative home assignment process begins.
Tentative home assignments are typically made up to 30-days from arrival/need-by date. A Home Showing/Move-In Appointment will be scheduled with the service member at the time a tentative home assignment is made.
Once the service member arrives at Eielson AFB or once the home is ready for showing/move-in, the service member will need to visit the Housing Management Office (HMO) for in-processing and to obtain their HMO Housing Referral. This HMO Referral is required prior to move-in with Corvias.
At the Home Showing/Move-In Appointment, the service member and/or family will be shown the tentatively assigned home and will either Accept or Deny the home. If they accept the home, the lease will be signed, keys will be provided and they may begin their move-in process. If they deny the home, they will be placed back on the waitlist until the next available home within their rank band and home size becomes available. Refer to HMO for information on TLA entitlements and home offers.
Residents usually must pay the first month’s prorated rent themselves as BAH has not yet started at Eielson. Once the BAH has started, Corvias will initiate the BAH Allotment to pull the following month. Some exceptions to the BAH Allotment process may occur depending on specific situations. Speak with your Leasing & Resident Associate for more information on the BAH process.
