Residents are responsible for making sure their rent is paid. Late fees can be imposed by Hunt Companies.
Fort Lee Family Housing Referral Program let you choose your neighbor when you bring in the Referral Program card. You can receive $100.00 off your next month's rent and your friend can also receive $100.00 off their first month's rent.
