When you arrive at your new installation, you’ll need to follow installation-specific procedures. Each installation and service handles in-processing differently. Here, you can find installation-specific guidelines and a list of documents to bring with you when checking- in. Reach out to the contacts provided if you have specific questions.
Permanently Assigned to Fort Sill
Report to the Personnel Processing Branch or Welcome Center, Building 4700, Mow-Way Road, Monday - Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
After duty hours and weekends all Soldiers report to the the east entrance of Building, 4700 Mow-Way road, (580-442-3217). If you are unaccompanied SGT (E5) or below a temporary room will be provided for you. Soldiers accompanied by dependent family members, or SSG (E6) or above must check with lodging building 5676 (Ferguson Street). If Lodging is not available you will receive a 'non availability statement' allowing you to use one of the many hotels/motels in the Lawton/Fort Sill area.
Basic Training/Advanced Individual Training (AIT)/English Second Language (ESL)
Report to 95th AG Battalion, (Reception Station) building 5052 on Rothwell St., 580-442-6904.
ALC and SLC students report to Building 3662, Swartz Rd., 580-442-3141/2417.
BOLC FA students should report to Building 840, Geronimo Rd , 580-442-3571 or DSN 312-639-3571.
BOLC ADA students report to Building 1614, Randolph Rd., 580-442-2091.
CCC FA students should report to Building 756, McNair Rd., 580-442-3124.
CCC ADA student should report to Building 1611, Randolph Rd., 580-442-2091.
Marine Inbound Personnel:
Upon arrival at Fort Sill, report to the Marine Corps Artillery Detachment, Building #759, 759 McNair Avenue for administrative processing. The telephone numbers are 580- 442-3979/6199. The Staff Duty extension is DSN 580-442-5615. Inbound Officers should contact the Detachment Executive Officer, 580-442-6498, as your PCS date nears so we know when to expect you. Remember being command sponsored will save you money as opposed to you simply bringing your family to the next duty station without them being on your orders. Make sure to submit a leave request prior to taking permissive leave for a house hunting trip and don't forget to request a sponsor. A sponsor can save you time as well as ensure the transition is a smooth one. You can request a sponsor from your unit.
Inbound Personal Property Shipping customers upon arrival should make contact with your TSP (transportation service provider) and provide contact information as well as the delivery address so when your shipment arrives in this area they can contact you regarding the delivery. If further assistance then is needed, you can contact personnel at Joint Personal Property Shipping Office (JPPSO) JBLM, customer service at 800-521-9959, or you may visit the local Transportation office for assistance located in suite 110, Building 4700-Welcome Center.
If loss or damage is discovered at the time of delivery the TSP as well as the member, need to annotate upon delivery on the form DD 1850 a joint record of any loss and or damage and, member and delivery representative sign the form and TSP representative must provide a copy of the form to the member at time of delivery.
After delivery you have up to 75 days to inspect and provide notice to the TSP of additional damages that may be discovered.
You will then file your claim direct with your TSP on line through DPS within 9 months of delivery however, it is advised that you process the claim much earlier than 9 months.
