When you arrive at your new installation, you’ll need to follow installation-specific procedures. Each installation and service handles in-processing differently. Here, you can find installation-specific guidelines and a list of documents to bring with you when checking- in. Reach out to the contacts provided if you have specific questions.
Permanently Assigned Soldiers to Fort Sill
All PCSing Military Personnel arriving to Fort Sill must in-process through the Welcome Center (Bldg. 4700). If reporting during normal duty hours (0600-1700), the unit will be notified to provide a sponsor for soldiers that require a sponsor. Soldier will be instructed to report back to Bldg 4700 the next day to begin day 0 of in processing. If reporting after these hours, there are instructions posted at the entrance of the Welcome Center on how to contact your gaining unit. In-processing takes 3 to 4 days.
If you are unaccompanied sergeant (E5) or below, a temporary room will be provided for you. Soldiers accompanied by dependent family members, or staff sergeant (E6) or above must check with on-post lodging, ran by IHG, building 5676, Ferguson St., 877-711-8326. If no rooms are available, you will receive a statement of non-availability allowing you to use off-post lodging in the Lawton/Fort Sill area.
Basic Combat Training/Advanced Individual Training/English Second Language
Report to 95th Adjutant General Battalion (Reception Station), building 5052, Rothwell St., 580-442-3121/6421. Make sure to have a copy of your orders readily available.
Advanced Leader Course
Students report to building 3661, Swartz Rd., 580-442-6127/6514/8480. Report between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. in Army combat uniform on the report date. View the notice posted on the doors to determine where to further report based on military occupation specialty. After 4:30 p.m. on weekdays and weekends, report to building 3662 staff duty noncommissioned officer, and ask for the point of contact for your military occupation specialty.
Senior Leader Course 580-442-2619
All students should report at 9 a.m. on the report date in operational camouflage uniform, however students have until midnight of report date to sign in. If you arrive prior to 4:30 p.m., report to building 3661 (SLC office) on weekdays. If you arrive after 4:30 p.m. and on weekends, report to building 3662, staff duty NCO, and ask for the point of contact for your military occupation specialty. Enrollment will begin at 5:30 a.m. the following day in building 3661.
Basic Officer Leader Course
BOLC field artillery students should report to building 840, Geronimo Rd., 580-442-3571. After duty hours, report to building 3410.
BOLC air defense artillery students report to building 1614, 2nd floor, Randolph Rd., 580-442-2091. After duty hours, report to building 1611. 30th ADA BDE staff duty NCO building 1614 is located two buildings from the 30th ADA BDE headquarters. Duty hours: HQ/A 2-6 ADA orderly room 580-558-0594. After duty hours: 30th ADA BDE SDNCO 580-442-2091.
Captains Career Course
CCC FA students should report to building 756, McNair Rd., 580-442-3124. Students arriving on their report date will report to Alpha Battery, 1/30th FA Battalion, building 756 no later than 6 a.m. in duty uniform for in-processing.
During COVID, CCC FA students should report to Summerall Hall, building 840, Geronimo Rd., motorpool to facilitate social distancing. After duty hours, sign in at building 3410, Crane Ave., 428 BDE HQ at staff duty desk. Following the initial day of in-processing, students will conduct a 14-day quarantine before starting the course. The 14-day quarantine is already scheduled into the course schedule, so no early reporting is necessary.
CCC ADA student should report to building 1611, Randolph Rd., 580-442-2091. Report to the 30th ADA brigade headquarters (building 1611, Randolph Rd.) and have staff duty sign your DA 31. After that, report to the HQ/A training room on the 2nd floor of building 1614 if during duty hours, or at 9 a.m. the following day.
Marine Inbound Personnel
Upon arrival at Fort Sill, report to the Marine Corps Artillery Detachment, building 759, McNair Ave. for administrative processing. The telephone numbers are 580-442-3979/6199. The staff duty extension is 580-442-5615. Inbound officers should contact the detachment executive officer, 580-442-6498, as your PCS date nears so we know when to expect you. Command Sponsorship
Remember being command sponsored will save you money as opposed to you simply bringing your family to the next duty station without them being on your orders. If you get married en route to Fort Sill, contact the Military Personnel Division, 580-442-0146, for procedures to amend orders to include your new dependent(s). Make sure to submit a leave request prior to taking permissive leave for a house hunting trip.
