Loan Closet Overview

A loan closet is a program that allows service members, families and loved ones to borrow durable equipment or resources especially as they are awaiting their household good.  This  program varies by service so check out the below information to see what is offered at this installation. 

Subtopics

Volunteers at the Hanscom Military and Family Readiness Center maintain a Loan Closet of items available for loan while you are waiting for your household goods to arrive. Items include dishes, pots and pans, cots, futons (foldout mattresses for sleeping), tables, and chairs as well as small appliances such as coffee makers and toasters. We do not provide bed linens. Hours are 0900-1200 M-F (excluding holidays and family days.)  Please call the M&FRC at 781-225-2765 for questions regarding the Loan Locker.
