Relocation assistance can provide support if you’re preparing to move or PCS. The programs and services defined below are provided by the Military and Family Support Center. In addition to the assistance program, a variety of other services may be available. Check the additional information topic to see what unique installation services are available to you.
If you are approaching a permanent change of station, or PCS, you may have questions about your upcoming move. As part of the Military and Family Support Center, the relocation assistance program provides services and resources to help make this transition as smooth as possible. Below is a listing of resources.

The Army Community Service (ACS) Relocation Readiness Program (RRP) office is located in Building 1286, Haley Ave, HAAF, Ga from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.
The program provides comprehensive relocation assistance which includes: Individual consultation and planning assistance, overseas briefings, welcome packets, lending closet, worldwide files, computer information on installations worldwide, newcomers EXPO, relocation outreach, assistance for foreign-born spouses, assistance for waiting spouses, sponsorship training, and pre-departure Levy briefings.
Contact your RRP office as soon as you receive your PCS orders. Your relocation staff can provide information on your new duty station, community, schools, shopping, and jobs. Also, contact the transportation office to make an appointment to have your personal property packed. Make an inventory of possessions and valuables. Organize records such as birth certificates, insurance papers, marriage license, and immigration papers. Take care of medical and dental appointments, auto maintenance and repairs if traveling by automobile. Have pets checked by the Veterinary Office, and shots updated. Carry a copy of their records.
