Legal assistance is available to you and your family. Below, you’ll find information about claims and installation specific programs and services. If you have questions, reach out to the legal assistance program at your installation.
Appointments for powers of attorney or notary services are available Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Currently, Wills will be prepared for active duty members who are deploying and are by appointment only held on Tuesdays. All other legal assistance matters are by appointment only held on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Before coming to the legal office to see an attorney, visit the Air Force legal assistance website to complete a will and/or POA questionnaire and retain your case sensitive ticket number.

Our office provides free legal advice to those eligible for legal assistance. We offer advice on a multitude of topics, including divorce, child custody, landlord-tenant issues and the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
