With certain military moves, you may find yourself looking for housing that’s a little less permanent before making long-term arrangements. There are several temporary housing options that may be right for you. Explore the information about temporary housing facilities including allowances, lodging rates and eligibility.
The Space Coast Inn provides lodging excellence in support of the SLD 45 readiness and peacetime mission.
Note: All official travel must go through Space Coast Inn to obtain a non-availability form.Free High-Speed Wi-Fi is available in all lodging rooms
The Space Coast Inn offers free high-speed wireless internet in all lodging guest rooms and the main lobby. In addition, lodging has a state-of-the-art phone systems with full communications capabilities including a "Mass Alert" notification option to notify all lodging guests in the event of an emergency.
Lodging Facility Improvements
Patrick SFB has an approved project validation assessment for a 200-room multi-story Visiting Quarter facility. The new facility will have 190 Visiting Quarters, 10 Business Suites, a fitness room, conference room, elevators, and many other modern comforts. Unfortunately, there is no confirmed start date at this time.

90% or > Occ Up to 3-days per reservation SA Reservations can be made 5-days in advance
80% - 89% Occ Up to 5-days per reservation SA Reservations can be made 10-days in advance
79% or < Occ Up to 15 days per reservation
If occupancy is 79% or below, SA reservations can be made up to 120 days in advance.
During the Holiday season; Thanksgiving through New Year’s, reservation may be taken at any time without length of stay restrictions during the year to support the “Home for the Holidays” program.
TLF reservations the Lodging SA policy is as follows:
90% or > Occ Up to 5-days per reservation SA Reservations can be made 5-days in advance
80% - 89% Occ Up to 7-days per reservation SA Reservations can be made 10-days in advance
If occupancy is 79% or below, SA reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance.

During the permanent change of station (PCS) season which runs from 1 June to 31 August annually, SA reservation for all TLFs including pet friendly TLFs will be limited to 3-days in advance and for 3-days at a time to ensure
military members PCSing with families have priority.
We're Pet Friendly. Priority is given to active-duty members on official travel. However, Space-A guests can also bring pets. Rottweilers, pit bull terriers, snakes and other exotic pets are not permitted in these quarters. Pets must be caged inside unit when guests are not in.

Lodging is open 24 hours. The office is located in building 720 and reservations can be made by calling 321-494-2075 or you can email the Spcae Coast Inn at: email@example.com. The fax number is 321-494-7597. There are currently a few rooms that are pet friendly with an additional daily fee. The FamCamp overnight campground was created to accommodate overnight camping and is located on the shores of the Banana River. There are 55 campsites available equipped with electrical and water hookups. There are also laundry, toilet and shower facilities. Available to active-duty members, reservists and retired military. Guests may spend up to 30 days on-site. Office hours are as follows: Thursday through Monday, 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Closed Tuesday and Wednesday. If you are bringing an RV and you arrive after duty hours, you must call 321-494-2008 to get gate access. Call 321-494-4787 for reservations.
