The Morongo Unified School District is solely responsible for all public K-12 schools operating throughout the Morongo Basin communities. This includes Condor Elementary which is located aboard the installation. Currently, MUSD has 11 elementary schools, 2 middle schools, 2 comprehensive high schools, 2 continuation high schools, 2 state preschool programs, and a special education preschool program. Marine Corps Community Services' Education Center is located in building 1530, 6th Street. The Education Center is also home to Copper Mountain College's Base Programs Office and National University.
