These programs emphasize personal financial responsibility and accountability through the basic principles and practices of sound money management, specialized counseling, consumer education and information and referral. The program is designed as a working tool giving assistance to the unit commander and his Marines by providing necessary education and training to the service members stationed aboard the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center. This program is a starting point for service members and their families to acquire financial management skills and consumer knowledge.
Education classes are available either as a one-on-one counseling session or as unit professional military education. Classes include banking, basic budgeting, car buying, credit reports and more.
