There are no public schools on base at Anniston Army Depot. There are four (4) elementary schools; (Coldwater, Dearmanville, Oxford, and C.E. Hanna); one (1) middle school (Oxford Middle School), and one (1) high school (Oxford high school).

Continuing Education for civilian employees and military assigned to Anniston Army Depot are as follows:
Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) CourseThis 40-hour course is given to new supervisors to develop their leadership and management skills. The primary objective of LEAD is to develop an understanding of supervisory roles and responsibilities, knowledge and skills in successfully supervising subordinates, and techniques for improving team and work group performance.
Satellite Education Network (SEN) Courses
The depot offers a wide variety of courses over the SEN and C-Band Networks. Transmissions received from military and civilian organizations are beamed into classrooms and over the depot LAN system resulting in savings on travel expenses for students.
